How I Work with NDIS Participants

As a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families to live more meaningful and independent lives.

As a PhD Candidate at the University of Melbourne, I specialise in videoconference psychotherapy, which allows me to provide high-quality, accessible therapy via Telehealth for NDIS participants across Australia.

My mission within the NDIS is to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care that:

  • Empowers participants to achieve their goals.

  • Enhances wellbeing and independence.

  • Strengthens connections within families and communities.

I provide a safe, collaborative, and flexible therapeutic space designed to meet the unique needs of every participant, ensuring that care is not only effective but also accessible and inclusive.

NDIS Services

Through my practice, I provide therapeutic supports and early intervention services under the NDIS. These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant and may include:

Therapeutic supports:

Individual therapy for emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and interpersonal challenges

Early supports:

Specialised assistance for children, young people, and their families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and support developmental needs.

Family & couple therapy:

Systemic interventions designed to improve communication, resolve conflict, and foster supportive environments.

Telehealth sessions:

Flexible delivery options that ensure accessibility, convenience, and continuity of care.

All services are guided by best-practice approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), systemic family therapy, and evidence-based Telehealth models.
